Project Installation a. Explain how and where renovations/upgrades/modifications would take place, or where equipment/systems will be installed:
Project Installation. Implementer shall assist Customer and any installation vendors, to ensure Measures are installed according to the Project timeline. Upon Customer's request, Implementer shall provide assistance, including but not limited to, bids, reviewing purchase orders, and securing financing. As a Project is being installed, Implementer shall provide periodic oversight at the Customer facility to ensure all equipment installation meets the design specification and all other Program requirements are being implemented.
Project Installation. Installation of Fibre to the Premise and Service within a designated Project area and within the Project time-frame is the most cost effective. The Customer will accommodate two Time Slots presented to the Customer by EH!tel at EH!tel's sole discretion. The first Time Slot is for the Drop Installation, the second Time Slot is for the Service Installation.
Project Installation. 2.1 Party B is responsible to correctly place the equipment, adjust the level and connect the equipment.

Core & Main agrees to do the Work, provide the Services, and furnish the Project Materials and Supplies in accordance with Client’s specifications that are attached to this Installation Contract during the estimated construction period listed above. Core & Main will be responsible for installing the Project according to manufacturer standards and such local standards, if any, as are attached hereto as are described as follows: Neptune Warranty Core & Main will warrant the Project Materials and Supplies, the Work, and any other Services as provided in Section 10 of the Master Agreement. Client may elect to execute a Service Contract with Core & Main for additional maintenance provisions.
