Common use of Project Implementation Plan Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation Plan. The Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan, and shall not, except as the Association and the Recipient shall otherwise agree, amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the Project Implementation Plan, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver may, in the opinion of the Recipient, and the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

Project Implementation Plan. The Project Implementing Entity shall carry out implement the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan, and shall notand, except as the Association Recipient and the Recipient Association shall otherwise agree, amend, abrogate the Recipient shall not amend or waive any provision of the Project Implementation Plan, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver may, in the opinion of the Recipient, and the Association, such amendment or waiver shall materially or adversely affect the implementation carrying out of the ProjectProject or the achievement of the objective thereof.

The Project Implementing Entity Recipient shall carry out ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan, and shall ensure that the Project Implementing Entity shall not, except as the Association and the Recipient shall otherwise agree, amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the Project Implementation Plan, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver may, in the opinion of the Recipient, and the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
