Project Implementation Manual. 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for approval, a Project Implementation Manual, setting out rules, methods, guidelines, and procedures for the carrying out of the Project, which manual should be prepared in accordance with terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, including:
