Common use of Project Implementation Manual Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation Manual. 1. The Recipient shall adopt a Project Implementation Manual in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, containing detailed arrangements and procedures for: (a) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of the Project; (b) Project budgeting, disbursement and financial management;

Project Implementation Manual. 1. The Recipient shall adopt a Project Implementation Manual develop, in form and substance accordance with terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, containing detailed arrangements and thereafter adopt, an implementation manual for the Project in form and substance acceptable to the Association, such manual to include financial management, procurement and operational procedures for: (a) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution guidelines for implementation and management of the Project; (b) Project budgeting, disbursement and financial management;.

The Recipient shall adopt implement the Project in accordance with the Project implementation manual containing detailed guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the Project, including with respect to: administration and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, procurement and accounting procedures, environmental and social safeguards, corruption and fraud mitigation measures, a grievance redress mechanism, personal data collection and processing in accordance with good international practice, roles and responsibilities for Project Implementation Manual implementation, and such other arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the effective implementation of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, containing detailed arrangements and procedures for: Association (a) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of the Project; (b) “Project budgeting, disbursement and financial management;Implementation Manual”).

(a) The Recipient shall adopt a Project Implementation Manual prepare, in form accordance with terms of reference acceptable to the Association and substance satisfactory furnish to the Association, a proposed implementation manual for the Project containing detailed arrangements and procedures fordetailed: (ai) institutional coordination administrative; (ii) procurement; (iii) financial and day-to-day execution of accounting; and (iv) monitoring and evaluation procedures and arrangements for the Project; (b) Project budgetingsaid manual to include, disbursement inter alia, an elaboration of the eligibility criteria and financial management;terms and conditions, and procedures for preparation, approval and monitoring and evaluation, of Matching Grants; and elaboration of the procedures for developing and implementing Safeguard Documents.

(a) The Recipient shall prepare and adopt a Project implementation manual (“Project Implementation Manual Manual”) containing detailed guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the Project, including with respect to: administration and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, procurement and accounting procedures, environmental and social safeguards, corruption and fraud mitigation measures, a grievance redress mechanism, roles and responsibilities for Project implementation, and such other arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the effective implementation of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, containing detailed arrangements and procedures for: (a) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of the Project; (b) Project budgeting, disbursement and financial management;.

Project Implementation Manual. 1. The Recipient shall adopt a carry out the Project in accordance with the revised Project Implementation Manual in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, containing detailed guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the Project, including monitoring and evaluation, procurement, and coordination, financial, administrative and accounting procedures, corruption and fraud mitigation measures, eligibility criteria for the selection of Beneficiaries, and such other arrangements and procedures for: (a) institutional coordination as shall be required for the Project, and day-to-day execution except as the Bank shall otherwise agree in writing, not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived any provision of the Project; (b) Project budgeting, disbursement and financial management;Implementation Manual.
