PROJECT FUNDS. Subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement, and of the agreements and instruments referred to herein, Lessor agrees to advance the Project Funds and Lessee agrees to supervise and manage the construction of the Project and to pay the Rent (as hereinafter defined) due under the Facility Lease (as the same may from time to time be adjusted pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth therein); it being understood that Lessee shall be liable for the payment of Rent regarding such sums as shall have been advanced from time to time under this Agreement to Lessee.
