Project Engineer. If the Project has been designed by the Project Engineer, the Project Engineer is to act as the Owner's representative, assumes all duties and responsibilities, and has the rights and authority assigned to Project Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with completion of the Work all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Project Engineer. Pathnet shall provide a Project Engineer whose duties shall include the performance of all planning and support activities and a detailed site survey to gather data for development of the installation plan and testing plan.

NMCG shall appoint a third party engineering firm with requisite technical expertise, knowledge and experience in the design, engineering, construction and rehabilitation of STPs as the engineer for the Project (the Project Engineer). The Project Engineer shall assist the Jal Xxxxx in supervising the construction, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the Facilities and shall support the Jal Xxxxx to monitor compliance with the Interim Availability during the relevant Construction Period and with the KPIs for the O&M Period. Project Engineer. Xxxxxx provided design and construction administration services for well equipping and site improvements at an existing potable 12,000 gpm water well. Site features include well pump, vortex desander, chlorination system, electrical and control equipment, standby generator and other appurtenant equipment.
Project Engineer. Xxxxxx provided design and construction phase services for approximately 6,250 linear feet of 36-inch gravity interceptor sewer and 660 linear feet of 24-inch gravity sanitary sewer.
Project Engineer. The ENGINEER will provide visits by the Project Engineer or a competent representative of the ENGINEER to the site of construction for the purpose of monitoring the Contractor’s progress and conformance to the construction contract plans and specifications.

Easements - The Customer hereby grants and gives to FPUA the exclusive right and privilege to own, maintain, operate and expand the potable water and wastewater facilities in, under, upon, over and across the present and future streets, roads, easements, reserved utility sites and public places as provided and dedicated to public use in the record plats, or as provided for in Agreement, dedications or grants made otherwise and independent of said record plats. Customer hereby further agrees that the foregoing grants include the necessary rights of ingress and egress to any part of the Property which FPUA reasonably requests for the maintenance, operation or expansion of the potable water and wastewater facilities; that in the event FPUA is required or desires to install any of its potable water and wastewater facilities in lands within the Property lying outside the streets and easement areas described above, then Customer or the successor owner(s) shall grant to FPUA, without cost or expense to FPUA, the necessary easement(s) for such installation, which easement(s) shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; provided, all such installations by Utility shall be made in such a manner as not to interfere with the then primary use of the Property. Customer or the successor owner(s) shall obtain written approval from FPUA prior to installing any structure or object, including, but not limited to, fences, gates, signs, trees or poles, within an easement area. In consideration of FPUA’s consent to an encroachment, Customer or the successor owner(s) shall agree to indemnify and hold FPUA harmless from and against all liabilities or damages which may be imposed upon or asserted against FPUA as a result of or in any way connected to an encroachment approved by FPUA. In the event FPUA determines that it is necessary to construct, maintain, repair, remove or replace any of its facilities located under, over or upon an easement, the Customer or successor owner(s) of the portion of the Property affected shall immediately remove the encroachment from the easement upon the request of FPUA at Customer’s or successor o...
Project Engineer. Individual who assisted the Project Manager as the lead technical supervisor of the project planning/design/construction activities as described in the similar project criteria. The position served as the point of contact for the client in the Project Manager’s absence. The Project Engineer shall have been a Licensed Professional Engineer registered with the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation prior to the due date of proposals submitted for this RFP.
