Project Communication. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, electronic communications between Supplier and Buyer will be in the following formats: (i) general communications – standard MS-Office package; and (ii) other - .PDF file format. The quote for Services includes delivery of a single hard copy of any documentation (or one CD) required to be provided by Supplier to Buyer. Buyer will be billed for any additional hard copies, CDs or other media requested by ▇▇▇▇▇.

Project Communication. Build pro-active, two-way communication processes in coordination with Customer for update project management, support issue escalation during the update project period, and other communication procedures as necessary.

Project Communication. Once the project is underway, Cascadia will continue to coordinate with the City, including participating in biweekly check-in calls. Cascadia will identify and proactively elevate potential scope or budget issues, before they become problems that could affect the project’s success. Using Deltek Vision project management software, Cascadia will also provide monthly invoices and progress reports that cover budget, timeline, and deliverables. Cascadia will proactively monitor the project’s progress and immediately inform the City, by phone and/or email, of any deviations from the planned schedule and budget or other unforeseen challenges.
