Project Committee. The Project Committee is responsible for strategic and scientific management of the Project. The Project Committee shall consist of one representative from each Party (hereinafter referred to as “Member”). Each Member shall be deemed to be duly authorised to deliberate, negotiate and decide on all matters listed in Section 6.5 of this Consortium Agreement. The Coordinator shall chair all meetings of the Project Committee, unless decided otherwise by the Project Committee. The Parties agree to abide by all decisions of the Project Committee. This does not prevent the Parties from submitting a dispute for resolution in accordance with the provisions of settlement of disputes in Article 12 of this Consortium Agreement.
