Project Award. A. If Contractor is asked to work on a project, District will provide Contractor with a written work order and may require Contractor to attend a pre-contract meeting at the site. Project-specific contractor selection for non-prevailing wage projects will promote efficient use of public resources and encourage competition when selecting a contractor. District may consider factors that include but are not limited to Contractor’s unique skills, experience or equipment, familiarity with a site, capacity compared to the size or complexity of a project, past performance on District projects, and availability. District may also consider Contractor’s ranking in the initial selection process and the amount of work previously performed on other District projects.

Project Award. On , 2014, the City Council awarded the Emerald Xxxx Recreation and Aquatic Center Project # 14-02 to the Contractor as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder and directed City staff to send the Contractor written notice of award of the project. The City Council conditioned award of the project on the Contractor’s providing executed copies of all documents specified in the contract check list included in the bid package within ten (10) working days of receiving written notice of award of the project.

  • Direct Award 11.1.
