Project Assessment and Evaluation. Project Assessment and Evaluation Plan (PAEP) describes the manner in which the Project will be effective in preventing or reducing pollution and in demonstrating the desired environmental results. PAEP details the methods of measuring Project benefits and reporting them in accordance with a PAEP. Grantee shall not implement monitoring and performance assessment and/or evaluation actions prior to PAEP approval by the Grant Manager.
