Project Assessment and Evaluation. Project Assessment and Evaluation Plan (PAEP) describes the manner in which the Project will be effective in preventing or reducing pollution and in demonstrating the desired environmental results. PAEP details the methods of measuring Project benefits and reporting them in accordance with a PAEP. Grantee shall not implement monitoring and performance assessment and/or evaluation actions prior to PAEP approval by the Grant Manager. This is easier to do if the project outline is clear and the outputs and outcomes are measurable. Detail the information you will collect to assist in your evaluation and the methods you will use. The PAEP details the methods of measuring and reporting Project benefits. A PAEP will also identify the ASBS discharges and high threat discharges to be reduced or eliminated by the Project. The Grantee shall not implement monitoring and performance assessment and/or evaluation actions prior to PAEP approval by the Grant Manager.   • Impact Assessment If Service Provider desires to make any change, upgrade, replacement or addition that may have an adverse impact or require changes as described in Section 9.6(c) or increase the risk of Service Provider not being able to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement or violate or be inconsistent with DIR Standards or Strategic Plans, then Service Provider shall prepare a written risk assessment and mitigation plan (1) describing in detail the nature and extent of such adverse impact or risk, (2) describing any benefits, savings or risks to DIR or the DIR Customers associated with such change, and (3) proposing strategies to mitigate any adverse risks or impacts associated with such change and, after consultation and agreement with DIR, implement the plan.
