Project and Completion Reports. 1. The Recipient, through the PCU, shall monitor and evaluate the progress of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association and CORAF not later than forty-fine (45) days after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.
