Project Administration and Management. EDMU shall be responsible overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the Project including carrying out financial management and procurement aspects of the Project. The Recipient shall appoint to EDMU by December 31, 2004 staff having qualifications and experience satisfactory to the Association.
Project Administration and Management. The Borrower shall maintain at all times during the implementation of the Project, a MORPWH-PTT to oversee the day-to-day implementation of Parts A through E of the Project, and appoint thereto, staff having qualifications and experience satisfactory to the Association, including a team leader, a pavement/materials specialist, a construction specialist, an economist/social development specialist, a design engineer, an environmental specialist, a procurement specialist and a financial management specialist.
Project Administration and Management. Professional shall perform the following administrative services during the design of the Project:
a. Monthly progress reports as requested to the Client.
b. Monthly billing reports to the Client.
c. Project coordination for engineering with the Client and Iowa DOT.
d. Project design review with the Client.
e. Administer monthly, on average, Project management team (PMT) meetings to review Project development progress.
f. Preparation for and attendance at one (1) Public Information Meeting (PIM). Professional shall prepare exhibits and other needed documents for the PIM. Exhibits will be prepared ahead of the PIM and submitted to Client and Iowa DOT for review and comment. Professional shall prepare a video illustrating the general Project overview and will include an audio voice-over to assist users with an understanding of Project features and intent. Professional will gather comments from the PIM, prepare meeting notes, and distribute the meeting notes to the Client and Iowa DOT. It is understood that the Iowa DOT will post notices and send notices to affected property owners in advance of the PIM and lead the PIM, and the Client will coordinate a meeting location.
g. Attend one (1) City of Ankeny City Council Work Session to present the Project.

3.1.1 The Architect/Engineer shall be responsible for managing all the Architect/Engineer’s services and administration of the Project in accordance with this Agreement. The Architect/Engineer shall consult with the Owner, apply all applicable design criteria, attend Project meetings, maintain a Project contact list, communicate with members of the Project team, issue progress reports and meeting minutes, maintain the project schedule and budget. Documents and correspondence shall be issued via email to the Owner unless another manner of distribution is agreed upon.
3.1.2 The Architect/Engineer shall coordinate the services provided by the Architect/Engineer and the Architect/Engineer’s consultants with those services provided by the Owner and the Owner’s consultants.
3.1.3 Upon request of the Owner, the Architect/Engineer shall make presentations to explain the design of the Project to other interested parties as coordinated by the Owner.
3.1.4 The Architect/Engineer shall submit documents to the Owner at intervals appropriate to the design and Construction Contract Administration process for purposes of evaluation and approval by the Owner. The Architect/Engineer shall be entitled to rely on approvals received from the Owner in the further development of the design and for Construction Contract Administration.
3.1.5 The Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner in connection with the Owner’s responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. The Architect/Engineer shall specifically coordinate all building code issues and plan reviews with the permitting authority having jurisdiction.

2.1.1 The Architect/Engineer shall be responsible for managing all the Architect/Engineer’s services and administration of the Project in accordance with this Agreement. 2.1.2 The Architect/Engineer shall establish the requirements and all design parameters in cooperation with the Owner. If Programming is part of the Architect/Engineer’s services under this Agreement, the completed and approved Programming Documents shall become the Project Program and the basis of design of the Project. If Programming services are not part of the Architect/Engineer’s services under this Agreement, the Owner’s Initial Information document or MSU supplied information and any additionally documented and agreed upon parameters between the parties shall become the Project Program and will form the basis of design of the Project.
2.1.3 The Architect/Engineer shall coordinate the services provided by the Architect/Engineer and the Architect/Engineer’s consultants with those services provided by the Owner and the Owner’s consultants.
2.1.4 Upon request of the Owner, the Architect/Engineer shall make presentations to explain the Project Program, concepts, and design of the Project to other interested parties as coordinated by the Owner.
2.1.5 The Architect/Engineer shall submit documents to the Owner at intervals appropriate to the programming and concept process for purposes of evaluation and approval by the Owner. The Architect/Engineer shall be entitled to rely on approvals received from the Owner in the further development of the design.
2.1.6 The Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner in connection with the Owner’s responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.
Project Administration and Management. The Consultant shall schedule meetings (in person, web, or conference call) with the City and design team to provide feedback during the project; maintain schedule; provide a single Project Manager (PM/PE) to coordinate with City Capital Engineering PM, other City Departments/Divisions, each task lead/designer, utilities, etc. to deliver a complete consolidated plan set and specification sections that are consistent and do not conflict between improvements; and implement QA/QC measures.

Project Administration and Management. The successful management of a Phase II project requires scheduling and reporting of the progress of the project. Services will include the following tasks: ▪ Project setup including contract administration, budget control and internal project team meetings and project close out. ▪ Prepare and submit monthly invoices and progress reports during months when engineering activities occur, and invoices are due. Progress reports are due by the first of the month. ▪ Provide phone and email updates and general project coordination with the LPA as necessary to advance the progress of the project. A one hour video meeting is assumed every other month. ▪ Prepare and monitor a project schedule and update quarterly as tasks or project scheduling change, as well as perform scope of services reviews, resource planning, internal team coordination and contract administration and invoicing. The schedule assumes twelve (12) months for Phase II services and twelve (12) months for Phase III activities.
