PROJECT ACTIVITIES. This Grant Agreement is for the Foundational Year only. Subsection 1. Continuous SIA Plan Implementation Agency will disburse Grant Funds for Allowable Costs of the Project that implement Grantee’s SIA Plan during the Performance Period in accordance with formula and activities described in the Act.
