Prohibition on Pyramiding. The Trust is prohibited from employing the trading technique commonly known as “pyramiding.” A trading manager or advisor of the Trust taking into account the Trust’s open-trade equity on existing positions in determining generally whether to acquire additional commodity positions on behalf of the Trust will not be considered to be engaging in “pyramiding.”
