Neither the Union nor any of its members covered hereunder shall engage in a strike against the Public Employer herein, nor cause, instigate, encourage nor condone such a strike for violation o f such non-strike pledge. Any such violation shall be subject to all of the sanctions and penalties provided in Section 210 of the Civil Service Law.
