Prohibition of Discrimination. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination or harassment on prohibited grounds contrary to the Human Rights Act including age, race, colour, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, physical disability, mental disability, illness or disease, ethnic, national or aboriginal origin, family status, marital status, gender identity, gender expression or activity or membership in a trade association.
