Prohibited Usage. You agree not to use the service or allow the services to be used for any illegal activities. You are responsible for all use and misuse, with or without your knowledge or consent, of the services. You understand and agree that the use of Telesystem’s services without payment, as well as any attempt to avoid payment for service by fraudulent means is prohibited. You shall not use the services to disseminate any materials which Telesystem, in its sole discretion, deems to be offensive or inappropriate, including, but not limited to, materials which violate the rights of other parties, which are obscene or pornographic or which advocate hatred of or violence against any person or group. You shall immediately cease dissemination of any such materials upon demand by Telesystem. You shall not disclose any information provided by Telesystem to you, including any login names, passwords or other security devices, to any other person or entity, or allow use of the services by or for the benefit of any other person or entity, including resale or redistribution of the services for profit or otherwise. You shall comply with any reasonable rules imposed by Telesystem in connection with the services at any time hereafter immediately following your receipt of notice thereof. You agree not to use Telesystem’s services in the course of any criminal activity. You agree not to use Telesystem’s services in the course of any conduct that constitutes tortuous activity, including but not limited to activity that constitutes defamation; fraud; false advertising; or violation of copyright, trademark, service xxxx, trade dress, or trade secret rights. You agree not to use Telesystem’s services in the course of any conduct intended to harass, threaten, or abuse, or that is designed to harass, threaten or abuse, or that actually harasses, threatens, or abuses any person. You agree not to use Telesystem’s services to distribute unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE or SPAM). You agree not to use Telesystem’s services to post or distribute obscene materials or other sexually explicit or violent materials, display or distribution of which is restricted by local, state, or federal law. In the event Customer participates in or carries out any of the aforementioned items Telesystem may immediately terminate this Agreement and any other service being provided to Customer, without notice.
Prohibited Usage. You agree that any of the below activities are considered prohibited usage and will result in immediate account suspension or cancellation without a refund and the possibility that Xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx.xxx will impose fees; and/or pursue civil remedies without providing advance notice.
Prohibited Usage. The transmission of any messages or other material which constitutes an infringement of any copyright or trademark or a violation of (a) any national security law, statute or regulation, (b) any law, statute or regulation regarding the transmission of obscene, threatening, harassing, or other offensive messages, or (c) any other applicable laws, statutes or regulations in the United States or in other countries in which the Services are used, or the Software is downloaded, is prohibited and may result in the discontinuance of Services, termination of Your Company subscriptions and appropriate legal action brought by Company against You.
Prohibited Usage. TalkCity may not use, sell nor distribute to any third party any specific information about WebTV Subscribers or WebTV Products without the express prior written consent of WNI. WNI may not use, sell nor distribute to any third party any specific information collected and provided by TalkCity to WNI about WebTV Subscriber's interaction with TalkCity Content without the express written consent of TalkCity. TalkCity may not directly solicit, outside of TalkCity's marketing efforts within the TalkCity service or through advertisements appearing in TalkCity service, individual WebTV Subscribers without the express written consent of the WebTV Subscriber. Aggregated statistical information about WebTV Subscribers is to be considered Confidential Information of WNI under the Non- Disclosure Agreement previously signed by the parties and as such may not be used, sold or distributed to other parties by TalkCity, except as an indistinguishable part of aggregated statistical information about the TalkCity Web site's overall user base. TalkCity may not direct market products or TalkCity services, except through its normal marketing or through advertising appearing in the TalkCity service, to WebTV Subscribers or allow any third party to direct market products or services to WebTV Subscribers without the express written consent of WNI. WNI maintains the right to change its policies regarding privacy issues for its users and the sharing of WebTV Subscriber information with TalkCity. Any such changes shall remain in conformance with industry standards for privacy on the Internet. WEBTV NETWORKS. INC. AND LIVEWORLD CONFIDENTIAL WEB TV NETWORKS, INC. - TALKCITY CONTENT AND SERVICES AGREEMENT EXHIBIT F TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS ------------------------------- The following performance standards will be upheld for the term of the Agreement.
Prohibited Usage. Neither party shall share nor otherwise make NPI available to the other, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Neither party shall share NPI with any other person or entity. Failure to comply with the terms of this Section shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement.

Violation of any of the following prohibitions are grounds for immediate termination of the Trade Affiliate account and may result in forfeiture of commissions. • Trade Affiliates MAY NOT use the Indow® logo, logo marks or other Indow website/branding imagery in any marketing materials or in any way as to indicate they are officially affiliated or partnered with Indow. • Except for materials provided by Indow directly to the Trade Affiliate, Trade Affiliates MAY NOT use the term "Indow" in ANY variation in printed materials or on their site URL. • Trade Affiliates MAY NOT promote or distribute coupons that were not provided to them directly by Indow.
Prohibited Usage. The following cases prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination of the affiliate account. Affiliates MAY NOT use the Neuro-Link logo, logo marks or other Neuro-Link website/branding imagery in a header graphic or in any way as to indicate they are officially affiliated or partnered with Neuro-Link. Affiliates MAY NOT use the term "Neuro-Link" in ANY variation in their site URL. Affiliates MAY NOT promote coupons that were not provided to them personally by Neuro-Link. You may NOT promote coupon codes you may have found elsewhere online. Doing so can result in the termination of your affiliate account and withholding of affiliate payments for violating our affiliate agreement. Affiliates MAY NOT host or promote "coupon stacking" sites where customers may combine coupons to receive additional discounts.
