Common use of PROHIBITED ON PREMISES Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED ON PREMISES. Tenant will not conduct, or permit any other person to conduct, any auction upon the Premises, nor will Tenant manufacture or store, or permit others to manufacture or store, goods, wares or merchandise upon the Premises, without the prior written approval of Landlord, except the storage in customary amounts of ordinary office supplies to be used by Tenant in the conduct of its business. Tenant will not permit the Premises to be used for gambling. Tenant will not permit any portion of the Premises to be occupied as an office for a public stenographer or typewriter, or for the manufacture or sale of intoxicating beverages, narcotics, tobacco in any form or as a xxxxxx or manicure shop or for any medical use, including medical testing on humans or animals. Canvassing, soliciting and peddling at the Real Property are prohibited, and Tenant will cooperate to prevent the same. No bicycles, vehicles or animals of any kind will be brought into or kept in or about the Real Property, except guide dogs.
