Prohibited items and activities. In order to ensure the safety and comfort of Students and neighbours, the College prohibits certain items and activities and this section explains what would be a prohibited item during the Accommodation Contract.

Prohibited items and activities. Lessor does not consent to, authorize, condone, allow, grant permission for, acquiesce in, give license for, or otherwise agree with the use of any glow stick, confetti, fireworks, glitter, birdseed, rice, knives (except for customary catering needs), explosives, guns, firearms, ammunition, weapons, open flames, paints, solvents, chemicals, cigarettes, cigars, tobacco products, outside alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal, dangerous, banned or controlled substance, item, object, material or product, all of which individually and together (the “Prohibited Items”) are expressly banned and disallowed by Lessor from being brought upon, to, or otherwise present at the Event Venue. Xxxxxx hereby acknowledges, consents to and agrees not to utilize, permit or allow any Prohibited Items to be brought upon or used on the Premises of the Event Venue during the Event Term. Xxxxxx further acknowledges and understands that Lessor prohibits the Event Venue being used or utilized for any “rave” or “rave-type” events or activities, which Lessee expressly agrees to not engage in, host, or hold.

Firearms and Weapons: MWSU prohibits the unauthorized possession of ammunition, firearms, explosive weapons, and other weapons as defined in Missouri Revised Statutes, on University premises (including, without limitation, academic buildings, administration buildings, residence halls, parking lots and vehicles owned or leased by the University). Other weapons include, but are not limited to: airsoft guns, bb guns, bows, crossbows, knives with blades longer than three inches, swords and other types of arms classified as weapons in Missouri Revised Statutes. The use or display of any object or instrument in a dangerous and/or threatening manner is prohibited on University property or at University sanctioned activities.

Any such items found will be removed and returned to you upon your vacating your room. ➢ The maintenance or storage of bicycles or motorcycles, in corridors, kitchens or bathrooms. ➢ The use of: Candles, Chip Pans, Deep Fat Fryers, Sunbeds, Fireworks in or around Halls of Residence.

Breaching this regulation is a disciplinary offence and may lead to termination of your licence agreement. If you would like to request permission to have a refrigerator in your room on medical grounds you must contact the UCL Student Disability Services prior to your arrival. • Students should not use or store portable heat equipment. • Students should not use or store of fire arms (including legally held fire arms) or other weapons or dangerous substances such as explosives, knives (other than those used for food preparation) and fireworks. • Students should not use or store mood lighting such as fairy lights. • Students should not use or store humidifiers. • The use and storage of dart equipment. • The use and storage of plug-in air fresheners. • Students should not use or store items which have a potential for a naked flame such as candles, incense sticks/fragrance burners/xxxx sticks, aromatherapy burners, hookah and shisha pipes, oil lamps and barbecue equipment. • Students should not use multi-way cube adaptors, non-fused electrical equipment, overloaded extension cords or any electrical equipment in disrepair. • The playing of ballgames is not permitted in any part of the accommodation. • The use and storage of illegal substances including legal highs. See the section on Drugs for more information. • Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vape pens is not permitted anywhere in the accommodation. See the section on Smoking for more information.

  • Prohibited Activities You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Prohibited Items Only refrigeration appliances supplied with the Room are to be used. No other refrigeration items are to be brought into the Room. In order for appliances to be used in the Residence, they must bear a visible serial number and a CSA or UL identification tag.   • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership.   • Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
