(Head coverings for religious purposes are permitted.); • Have any sort of writing implement or paper in the testing area for the MEE (Test Sessions 1 and 2) and MBE (Test Sessions 5, 6, 7, and 8); • Seek, obtain, or use answers or information from another Applicant or any other person or source during the bar exam administration; • During any testing session, communicate through any means whatsoever, including any visual, aural, verbal, electronic, or any other type of communication, with another Applicant or any other person except for seeking assistance from ExamSoft; • Sit for the examination for any purpose other than admission to the bar; • Use any camera or recording device in the testing area other than the registered devices for purposes of taking the exam; • Play music during the exam; • Move the computer; the computer must remain stationary throughout each test session. (Adjustments should be made prior to, or after a test session. Adjustments to your camera to ensure that you are within the camera frame may be made during the exam, but you should announce what you are doing when you are adjusting the camera.); • Wear ‘removable’ jewelry, non‐prescription glasses (other than permitted “blue light” glasses), or clothing that may be deemed offensive or derogatory (or taking the exam in only my underwear); and, • Smoke any tobacco or other products, including smokeless tobacco and e‐ cigarette/vapor devices.
Prohibited Behavior. It is a violation of our drug-free workplace policy to use, possess, sell, trade, and/or offer for sale alcohol, illegal drugs or intoxicants. Prescription and over-the-counter drugs are not prohibited when taken in standard dosage and/or according to a physician's prescription. Any employee taking prescribed or over-the- counter medications will be responsible for consulting the prescribing physician and/or pharmacist to ascertain whether the medication may interfere with safe performance of his/her job. If the use of a medication could compromise the safety of the employee, fellow employees or the public, it is the employee's responsibility to use appropriate personnel procedures (e.g., call in sick, use leave, request change of duty, notify supervisor) to avoid unsafe workplace practices. The illegal or unauthorized use of prescription drugs is prohibited. It is a violation of our drug- free workplace policy to intentionally misuse and/or abuse prescription medications. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken if job performance deterioration and/or other accidents occur.
