Progressive Liberalisation. The Parties shall, at the reviews pursuant to Article 26, enter into successive rounds of negotiations to negotiate further packages of specific commitments under this Agreement so as to progressively liberalise trade in services between the Parties.

Progressive Liberalisation. The Parties shall endeavour to review their schedules of specific commitments at least once every three years, or earlier, at the request of either Party, with a view to facilitating the elimination of substantially all remaining discrimination between the Parties with regard to trade in Services covered in this Chapter over a period of time. In this process, there shall be due respect for the national policy objectives and the level of development of the Parties, both overall and in individual sectors.
