Progress Meeting. 6.1 The CITY’S designated Project Manager may request periodic progress briefings during the term of this Agreement.
Progress Meeting. The Consultant will assist the Client in establishing an ADA Liaison Committee that will meet throughout the process of completing the Self-Evaluation and developing the Transition Plan and will continue to meet and actively participate after the completion of this project. Progress Meeting. This meeting will be to review refined initial alternatives and confirm assumptions before producing the alternative concepts and evaluations. • Meeting #3: Progress Meeting/Review of Draft Deliverables. Any changes or comments will be reviewed during this meeting before producing the full deliverable. AECOM will coordinate all the work tasks being accomplished by AECOM staff members and City staff, as applicable, to ensure project work is proceeding on schedule. This work includes project team communications, meeting arrangements, overall contract management, monthly project invoicing and monthly progress reports. Project controls and internal task management activities will be implemented to ensure work progress per agreed schedule. AECOM will prepare and submit invoices in accordance with City requirements on a monthly basis. AECOM will prepare a Project Plan in accordance with AECOM’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
