Progress and Variance Reports. The Consultant shall submit with each invoice for payment on each Purchase Order a PROGRESS REPORT that factually summarizes all activities that occurred during the billing period and a VARIANCE REPORT that details and explains any difference between the cost budgeted for each item and the current forecast for expenditures anticipated through completion. The Consultant shall provide a Monthly Status Report of all projects under design or construction during the first week of each month in a format agreed upon by both parties. All Progress and Variance reporting shall be accomplished in a manner and form that is directly comparable to the Project Proposal developed by the Consultant under Article 1.1.2 for the invoiced Purchase Order.

  • Compliance Reports The Subadvisor at its expense will provide the Advisor with such compliance reports relating to its duties under this Agreement as may be agreed upon by such parties from time to time.

  • Compliance Report The Subservicer agrees that it shall permit, not more than once per year, the Servicer, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Administrator, as the Indenture Trustee’s designee, to conduct or have conducted a procedural audit regarding the Subservicer’s compliance with the requirements of the Higher Education Act or the terms of this Agreement.   • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.

  • Compliance Review During the Term, Developer agrees to permit the GLO, HUD, and/or a designated representative of the GLO or HUD to access the Property for the purpose of performing Compliance-Monitoring Procedures. In accordance with GLO Compliance-Monitoring Procedures, the GLO or HUD will periodically monitor and audit Developer’s compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, the CDBG-DR Regulations, the CDBG Multifamily Rental Housing Guidelines, and any and all other Governmental Requirements during the Term. In conducting any compliance reviews, the GLO or HUD will rely primarily on information obtained from Developer’s records and reports, on-site monitoring, and audit reports. The GLO or HUD may also consider other relevant information gained from other sources, including litigation and citizen complaints.
