Common use of PROGRAMS COVERED Clause in Contracts

PROGRAMS COVERED. 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on federal funds expended as reported in the State's Single Audit Report for fiscal year ending 06/30/2014. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.

PROGRAMS COVERED. 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on federal funds expended as reported the threshold calculation methodology contained in 31 CFR Part 205.5 and relevant expenditure data contained in the State's Single Audit Report for fiscal year ending 06/30/201403/31/2022. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.
