Program Warranty. Licensor warrants for one (1) year from the date on which the Software specified in a Delivery Order Document is first used in production by Licensee that the Software will perform in all material respects the functions described in the Documentation when operated in accordance with the Documentation on a Supported Platform.
Program Warranty. Oracle warrants for a period of one year from the Commencement Date that each unmodified Program will perform the functions described in the Documentation.
Program Warranty. To use commercially reasonable efforts to correct or provide a workaround for reproducible Program errors that cause a breach of this warranty.

ClearCommerce warrants that the Program referred to ---------------- herein will operate in accordance with and substantially conform to the Documentation, manuals, any specifications provided or agreed to, and any relevant data sheet or promotional literature distributed by ClearCommerce.
Program Warranty. For as long as You have Maintenance Services, We warrant that the Programs will perform in all material respects the functions described in the Documentation when operated on in accordance with the Specifications.

Licensor warrants that each Program referred to herein will operate in accordance with and substantially conform to the Specifications, Documentation, manuals, and data sheets; and, promotional literature, presentations, and any other written materials to the extend actually relied upon by HP; concerning the Programs that are made publicly available by Licensor or are provided by Licensor to HP.

Licensor warrants for ninety (90) days from the date on which the Software specified in a Delivery Order Document is made available by Licensor (“Warranty Period”) that the Software will perform in all material respects the functions described in the Documentation when operated in accordance with the Documentation on a Supported Platform.

L5.1 CoCre8 warrants that, if within ninety (90) days after delivery of a Program subject to a Primary Licence it is reported to CoCre8 that the Program contains an intrinsic error or does not when properly used on the applicable Authorised Equipment materially conform to CoCre8's appropriate Product Description published at the date of acceptance by CoCre8 of the PL Order then CoCre8 will, unless stipulated otherwise by CoCre8 on the PL Order, use every reasonable effort to remedy any errors by way of error correction or avoidance action. Due to the nature of Programs, no guarantee is given of uninterrupted or error free running or that all errors will be rectified by error correction or avoidance action and CoCre8 shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever or howsoever arising whether in contract, delict or otherwise for any failure on its part to effect a successful error correction or avoidance action. L5.2 CoCre8's obligation under the above warranty shall be as recorded in L5.1 and shall be CoCre8's sole liability and CoCre8 shall have no other liability whatsoever as regards the quality, or fitness for purpose of any Program or for any loss or damage whether in contract, delict or otherwise and all other representations, conditions, warranties and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise are hereby excluded save where not capable of exclusion at law.
Program Warranty. Nuance warrants that, upon First Productive Use (in the case of Programs that, pursuant to the applicable Order, are to be installed by Nuance) or initial delivery (in all other cases) and for a period of ninety (90) days thereafter, the Programs shall conform in all material respects to the applicable Documentation.
