Program Staffing. Note: These are program staff whose salaries are supported in whole or in part with the XX-XX/XX xxxxx allocation and/or PGR (i.e., directly expensed to the XX-XX/XX xxxxx allocations and/or PGR OR through indirect expenses). Enter the total “FTE” number of staff.
Program Staffing. 5.1 ICS will hire employees with the qualifications set forth in ANNEX I, to perform the Program activities on a full-time basis. Upon mutual agreement of the Parties, one or more of said employees may be hired by Authorized Subcontractors instead of ICS.

Program Staffing. The BVHPF IBHS is staffed with licensed and license-eligible marriage and family therapists, social workers, psychologists and licensed board certified psychiatrists. All staff is dedicated to serving the community and are responsive to issues of ethnicity, culture, language and gender. Ongoing trainings and supervision are provided to ensure that clinicians maintain awareness of best practices and competent care. The BVHPF IBHS is focused on ongoing staff recruitment to fill program vacancies as quickly as possible. The program is also working to re-start its practicum training program to bring more developing professionals into the community mental health field.

Coach has the responsibility to make recommendations as to the hiring, continued employment, job titles, compensation, and dismissal of the Team’s assistant coaches and support staff. All such recommendations will be subject to the approval of the Athletics Director and, when appropriate, KSA Board of Directors and/or Compensation Committee; all hiring decisions are subject to standard KSA pre- employment inquiries, including but not limited to NCAA and criminal background checks. Coach shall make no financial or employment commitments unless specifically authorized by the Athletics Director and, when appropriate, KSA Board of Directors and/or Compensation Committee.

Program Staffing. The scale and numbers of partners requires strong and flexible management mechanisms to ensure program success. Staff teams are at the national level, district level, and at the HQ level. Upon notice of recommendation for funding by USAID, all positions will be posted for both internal and external candidates. Positions will be competitively filled through a tri-party panel of the three PVOs, with the hiring organization retaining final decision on its choice of staff. Selected individuals for the key positions of the Team Leader and Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will discussed with USAID for approval. (See Annex G-4 for key post job descriptions.)
