Common use of Program Services Clause in Contracts

Program Services. Contractor shall provide Program Services, directly or through approved subcontractors, in accordance with this Agreement, including but not limited to the SYEP Manual, and the DYCD Fiscal Manual, and the high standards of professional quality customary to Contractor’s industry, as follows:
