Program Policies. A. All vanpool participants must officially enroll in the Vanpool Program through TAPS. Enrollment requires completion of a TAPS Vanpool Program Application, payment or authorization of payment method, and signed Passenger AGREEMENT. PASSENGER agrees to pay fees in the amount of $ , hereinafter defined as MONTHLY FEE. Persons who are not currently enrolled in the Vanpool Program (including past vanpool participants) may NOT commute on the vanpool vehicle under any circumstance – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Program Policies. I am responsible for knowing and abiding by the regulations and policies of the Program as they are outlined by the Program, as well as in the following:

You are responsible for reviewing the Program Policies regularly.

If Customer or Customer’s Users violate any such policies, Customer shall be obligated to correct such a violation immediately. If Customer is purposely violating such policies in Webley’s commercially reasonable judgment, then Webley and/or the Carriers reserve the right to immediately cutoff all Message activity.
