Program Participation. By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to:
Program Participation. This Agreement enables Fund Member to participate in one or more of the Fund’s available programs. Because this is an enabling Agreement, Fund Member must also execute a separate Contribution and Coverage Summary (CCS) for each Fund program from which it seeks coverage and/or administrative services. Only a valid CCS will confer the right to participate in a specific program and each CCS shall be incorporated into this Agreement. Through participation in any Fund program, Fund Member waives none of its immunities and authorizes the Fund, or its designee, to assert such immunities on its behalf and on behalf of the Fund or its designee.
Program Participation. The Student is expected to participate in all activities that are part of the Program, including assigned preparatory and/or post-program work. • The Student and his/her/their parents/legal guardians understand that failure to do so may result in the Student’s termination from the Program.
Program Participation. As long as an individual meets the other program requirements, participation in any programs funded in whole or in part by this Agreement shall be available to all citizens and nationals of the United States, lawfully admitted permanent resident aliens, refugees, asylees, and parolees and other immigrants authorized by the Secretary of Homeland Security to work in the United States.
Program Participation. Employee represents that he is, and will for the term of this Agreement be eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, TriCare, and other federal health programs, and Employee shall not have been sanctioned by any federal or state governmental agency or department and/or listed on the Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General, Cumulative Sanctions Report, or excluded by the General Services Administration, as set forth on the List of Excluded Providers (see xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/fraud/exclusions.html and xxxx://xxxx.xxxxx.xxx).
Program Participation. Distributor shall allow Subdistributor to participate in any marketing, promotion, sales and distribution programs that Distributor may make generally available to its authorized sales representatives of Products, provided that Distributor shall have the right to alter or eliminate any such program at any time;
Program Participation. Any program with unfilled positions shall be eligible to participate in SOAP, provided that prior to Match Week the program has elected to participate by so indicating in the R3 system. SOAP-participating programs that have unfilled positions:
Program Participation. Children are offered outdoor play opportunities on a daily basis. Field trips are also a component of the school year program and will be taken at various times throughout the school year. Departure and arrival times will be posted prior to field trips. Parents/guardians give permission for field trips on AF Form 1181. Parents who do not wish for their child to accompany the group on the field trip are responsible for finding alternate care during this time and must pick up their child from the program PRIOR to departure for the field trip. Due to our ratios, if a child refuses to go on a trip the parent will be required to pick up the child while their group is out. The program will not be responsible for additional costs of alternate care, and fees will not be refunded or pro-rated in such instances. If parents have not arrived prior to trip departure the child will miss the scheduled trip.
Program Participation. PCA operates a number of Programs, pursuant to Plans made in connection therewith, and in accordance with the Regulations relating thereto. The Member hereby agrees to participate in the Programs identified by it pursuant to Section 2.1, and agrees that PCA shall implement and operate the Programs for the collection, transportation and recycling of the Products relating to such Programs for and on behalf of the Member.
Program Participation. Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Prospectus and the Pricing Disclosure Package, the Company, its subsidiaries, and the JVs, as applicable, meet all material requirements of participation of the Programs, are a party to valid participation agreements for payment by such Programs, and has not at any time violated in any material respects any condition of participation, condition of payment or any rule, regulation or policy or standard of any Program. None of the Company, its subsidiaries or the JVs, has received notice from any of the Programs of any pending or threatened investigations that would result in exclusion or debarment from any such Programs or the termination of any Program participation or payor agreement. “Programs” shall mean Medicare, Medicaid, and any other local, state or federal health care program as well as other third-party payor programs, including, but not limited to private insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, alternative delivery systems, and managed care systems, that the Company, its subsidiaries and the JVs, as applicable, participate in or has contracts with.
