Program of Work. The detail programme of the works will have to be made available from time to time in the office of Ex. Engineer (Area Traffic Control). If at any stage the previ- ously approved programme is required to be modified, the bidder shall do so, immediately as directed by the Engineer. In case of necessary to modify / alter the work programme, as directed, the bidder shall do so without claiming any extra payment. The programme shall be reviewed periodically and rescheduled as directed.
Program of Work. The Parties hereto have agreed that City will engage an engineering firm, pursuant to the requirements of NCGS §143-64.31, et. seq. (Qualified Based Selections of Engineers) to conduct a water treatment plant expansion engineering design on behalf of the Parties for a not to exceed amount of $11,249,000. The City will engage an engineering firm to complete an engineering design for additional water treatment and conveyance capacity such that sufficient capacity will be achieved in an amount to be beneficial to the Town, as determined by the Town.
Program of Work. 11.1. The Contractor shall submit to the Procuring Entity’s Representative for approval the said Program of Work showing the general methods, arrangements, order, and timing for all the activities in the Works. The submissions of the Program of Work are indicated in the SCC.
Program of Work. 7.1.1.The Tenderer shall, along with his bid, submit a schedule for completion of work, either in the form of a CPM Net Work or in the form of a bar chart, showing how he proposes to complete the works. This program shall be prepared in sufficient detail and shall indicate, among other things, the following details on a month-to -month basis (for each month).
Program of Work. Attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, is the District’s 2025-2027 Program of Work, which continues programs and activities set out in the 2024 Program of Work. The County and the District agree that the 2025-2027 Program of Work is in the public interest and promotes the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of King County who own or occupy properties within the District. During the term of this Agreement, the District shall implement its work in accordance with the 2025- 2027 Program of Work.
Program of Work. Allowing for the necessary flexibility in the conduct of fundamental R&D work, Annex 15 has set out in July 1999 with the following objectives, task approach and subtask work program.

Program of Work. IWMI, acting on behalf of the Challenge Program, xxxxxx agrees to provide funding to support, and the Recipient hereby agrees to perform, the program of work set forth in the Project Proposal attached as Exhibit 1 (the ‘Project’). It is hereby agreed that the Project Leader for the Recipient shall be -------------------- for the term of the Project. The Recipient must obtain prior written approval from the Managing Center before using a different Project Leader. It is hereby agreed that the Project Leader for the Managing Center is ------------------, or such other person as the Managing Center may designate from time to time by giving written notice to the Recipient.
Program of Work. For the development of the activities in Article 3 above, the Parties will endeavor to develop an individual work program for every activity to be undertaken, describing precisely the objective, financial and technical resources to be contributed with budgetary details, timetables and obligations. Upon consultation and agreement between the Parties, activities can subsequently be implemented. This MOU does not obligate the Parties to implement activities in all areas of cooperation contemplated therein.
