Program Modifications. 9.9.3.1 The movement of Services from one Service category (as defined in Exhibit A (Statement of Work)) to another is classified as a Program Modification. Subrecipient shall notify County's Program Manager in writing to request authorization prior to submitting a Program Modification. On the date County approves a Program Modification, such Program Modification shall supersede any prior Program Modification(s) approved by County within the same Fiscal Year or Program Year (i.e., when Subrecipient's Program Modification number two (2) is approved by County, it becomes effective upon the approval date and Subrecipient's Program Modification number one (1) is no longer effective as of that same date).
Program Modifications. The Program Modification Request form is used to request modifications to program deliverables and must be submitted on or before March 31st, for review to allow sufficient time for the program to meet any approved changes.

Bank may change the Program Terms or the Program Guidelines in its reasonable discretion, upon not less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Sunlight (or such shorter period of time as may be required by a Regulatory Authority or change in Applicable Laws); provided, however, that (i) neither Bank nor Sunlight shall be required to engage in conduct that is prohibited by a Regulatory Authority or Applicable Laws and (ii) any changes to the Program Terms, Credit Policy or Underwriting Requirements shall not apply to any Loan made in respect of any Loan Application submitted prior to such requested change by Bank, unless so required by a Regulatory Authority or Applicable Laws. In addition, Sunlight may recommend modifications to the Program Guidelines for Bank’s approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Program Modifications. The MCO must implement program modifications as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than the required effective date, in response to changes to this Agreement and state and federal laws and regulations.
Program Modifications. Manager may suggest changes to a Program or the Cardholder Agreements, Program Materials, Marketing Campaigns, or Program Due Diligence Application at any time, subject to the prior written consent of Xxxxxx Bank. Manager shall be responsible for all costs associated with any such changes suggested by Manager and approved by Xxxxxx Bank. Changes to a Program or the Cardholder Agreements, Program Materials, Marketing Campaigns, or Program Due Diligence Application, including a determination that certain Program Materials or Marketing Campaigns are no longer authorized, may be made by Xxxxxx Bank upon [***] notice to Manager, provided, however, that such notice shall not be required if such change (i) is appropriate to respond to any concern from a Regulatory Authority, (ii) is necessary in order to cause the Program to remain in compliance with Applicable Law, or (iii) is necessary to alleviate safety and soundness concerns or manage risk for Xxxxxx Bank in connection with the Program and providing [***]prior notice is not feasible, in which case Xxxxxx Bank shall provide notice as soon as commercially practicable. Xxxxxx Bank shall take commercially reasonable steps to prevent undue expense for Manager when changing any Cardholder Agreements, Program Materials and Marketing Campaigns that are already in production. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the Parties, upon Manager’s receipt of written notice from Xxxxxx Bank of any such changes to a Program or Program Documents or the Cardholder Agreements, Program Materials, Marketing Campaigns, or Program Due Diligence Applications or receipt of new Program Documents, Manager shall implement such changes as soon as commercially practicable but in no event later than [***] from Manager’s receipt of notice of such change, determination or new Program Document. Alternatively, if the modification would result in a materially adverse change to one or more Programs or if the modification would require Manager to devote significant resources, significantly amend material agreements or incur significant cost and expense, Manager shall provide Xxxxxx Bank with notice and reasonable detail of Manager’s concerns. Promptly following Xxxxxx Bank’s receipt of such notice, the Parties shall meet in good faith to resolve Manager’s concerns in a mutually agreeable manner. Program Modifications. The City agrees to consult with the Lodge regarding any changes or modifications in the program prior to implementation. Changes or modifications shall not be made to the program unless mutually agreed upon between the City and the Lodge.
Program Modifications. The unit members at each school are encouraged to provide input to the school’s administrators regarding proposed modifications to ongoing educational programs such as Summer School, Saturday School, or Extended Library hours.

On the date County approves a Program Modification, such Program Modification shall replace any prior Program Modification(s) approved by County within the same Fiscal Year or Program Year (i.e., when Contractor's Program Modification number 2 is approved by County, it becomes effective upon the approval date and Contractor's Program Modification number 1 is no longer effective as of that same date).

(a) Bank may change the Program Terms or the Program Guidelines in its reasonable discretion, upon not less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to UNI (or such other notice period as the parties may mutually agree to in writing), provided that the foregoing prior notice period shall not be required in the event such modification is the result of a change in Applicable Laws or by request of a Regulatory Authority, provided further that Bank shall provide as much notice as is reasonably practicable and necessary under the circumstances subject to Applicable Law. Without limiting the foregoing, Bank may require UNI to revise existing policies and procedures, or, as necessary, implement new policies and procedures, relating to any function or activity integral to the Program Guidelines, the Program and Applicable Laws, provided that UNI may recommend modifications to the Program Guidelines for the improvement of the Program for Bank’s approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, which Bank shall in good faith adopt to the extent approved.
Program Modifications. 8.6.1 Hatchery program modifications shall make efficient use of existing facilities owned by the District or cooperating entities including adult collection, acclimation and hatchery facilities, provided that existing facility use is compatible with and does not compromise ongoing programs. The District in consultation with the Hatchery Committee shall make reasonable efforts to implement program modifications when needed to achieve overall and specific program objectives. Program modifications may include changes to facilities, release methods, and rearing strategies necessary to achieve NNI as determined by the monitoring and evaluation program. Program modifications will be made following unanimous agreement of the Hatchery Committee, as set forth in sub- Section 8.2.4 (Voting), to achieve specific program objectives as outlined in Section 8 (Hatchery Compensation Plan), including sub-Section 8.4.4 (Adjustment of Hatchery Compensation – Survival Studies) and sub-Section 8.4.5 (Adjustment of Hatchery Compensation – Population Dynamics), as determined by Section 10 Permit and as defined in monitoring and evaluation plans to be developed. The District will make reasonable efforts to complete program modifications as soon as possible, following agreement with the Hatchery Committee.
