Program Management Office. The Contractor shall establish a Program Management Office that is responsible for the management and control of the Program Management Plan (CDRL A001) elements in order to support the successful on-time delivery in accordance with the agreed to Contract Delivery Dates. The Program Management Plan shall incorporate detailed production planning, milestones, and metrics capable of supporting the execution of all tasks required by the Contract and this SOW. The Program Management Plan ensures all work associated with this contract is clearly and concisely demonstrated and meets all technical objectives within the Contractor’s established cost and schedule baseline. Program Management Office. Contractor shall establish a Program Management Office (PMO) led by an assigned Program Manager who shall be responsible for managing all matters related to the performance of the Contract, encompassing both Pre-CDR and Post-CDR. The Program Manager shall ensure that personnel, facilities and other resources necessary for executing Contract provisions are acquired, assigned and made available at the times and places needed to meet the Contract delivery schedule. Contractor shall assign experienced technical and managerial personnel to the PMO.
Program Management Office. Contractor shall assemble and maintain a team of qualified personnel (the “Program Management Office” or “PMO”) to provide national oversight and coordination of all aspects of the Network design, Site acquisition, construction, and installation services (excluding installation of the Network Equipment (but including installation of platforms for the attachment of Network Equipment)), and other design and installation tasks as assigned by Company to Contractor or to other vendors in connection with the Network (regardless of whether Contractor is performing any other services in a given Market). The responsibilities of the Program Management Office, the Work that the Program Management Office is required to perform, requirements concerning the qualifications of personnel, the number of authorized Program Management Office personnel for which Contractor may charge Company from time to time, requirements concerning Key Positions or Key Personnel and the manner in which Contractor shall maintain the Program Management Office and provide the services thereof are described in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Program Management Office. 2.1.1 Program Management (PM) Staffing. The contractor shall staff a program management office at the contractors principal work site with personnel able to provide program management and oversight, multi-functional logistics and engineering subject matter expertise, contracts administration, database entry and office administration. Each performance contractor’s PM office will maintain a directory/list of current LOGCAP contractor personnel, location, funding task order number, and geographical coverage. Each Performance contractor PM office will also maintain a vendor data base. The Program Management office must have 1 full time Program Manager and a designated back up POC. Program management office staffing will consist in total of five full time equivalents.

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Incident Event and Communications Management a. Incident Management/Notification of Breach - Transfer Agent shall develop, implement and maintain an incident response plan that specifies actions to be taken when Transfer Agent or one of its subcontractors suspects or detects that a party has gained material unauthorized access to Fund Data or systems or applications containing any Fund Data (the “Response Plan”).
