Program Maintenance. In addition to the routine maintenance and repair required pursuant to Section 7(a) Borrower shall perform the following programmed maintenance on the Apartment Complex:

Program Maintenance. A. Program Review and Oversight EPA may conduct periodic evaluations of the State 404 Permit Program in accordance with Section 404(i) of the CWA.
Program Maintenance. AMS shall maintain its EH&S programs and activities to ensure that they meet all requirements of Environmental Requirements. Maxtor may review and comment upon these programs and activities insofar as they may affect Maxtor.
Program Maintenance. 7.1 It is important to maintain accurate job specifications and job ratings on an ongoing basis. Failure to do so will serve to damage the integrity of the program. In order to maintain the program, the following process will be enacted:

Medtronic will perform Program Maintenance commencing as of the Effective Date and continuing for so long as ISRs remain commercially available or ISRs remain implanted in patients, whichever is longer. UT will reimburse Medtronic for all direct and indirect costs relating to Medtronic’s performance of Program Maintenance, in accordance with Section 3.9, Section 6.2 and the applicable Budget. For purposes of clarity, Program Maintenance is in addition to work performed under the Restated Development Agreement.
Program Maintenance a. Manage at least 1 Full-Time Equivalent contractually funded staff to serve as Financial Navigator(s). Ensure there are at least two people who are trained to serve in this role (either as direct service or back up).

Program Maintenance. Tasks include assisting with: compiling average cost data, PRMS, maintaining programmatic databases, maintaining scheduling system, and quality control.
