Program Evaluation. The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA2 readiness by grade level, qualifications of P-TECH staff, location(s) where courses are taught, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. Program Evaluation. I understand that I may also be contacted from time to time, but no more frequently than once every 2 years, after the termination of this award to determine how the training obtained has influenced my career. Any information thus obtained would be used only for statistical purposes and would not identify me individually.
Program Evaluation. The City shall evaluate this project based on the objectives stated in this Exhibit. Failure by the Developer to provide the level of service stated herein may result in a determination by the City to modify the level of payment to the Developer on a pro rata basis with level of service. Program Evaluation. Pursuant to the Contribution Agreement, ECCC may also conduct an evaluation of the Project and related Program activities by NCC and the Land Trust. The Land Trust agrees that such evaluation reports may be produced and made public.
Program Evaluation. The Consultant, the State, and state agency clientele shall mutually agree on the program, schedule and budget and shall jointly establish communication procedures for the performance of services. If the Consultant, the State and the state agency clientele are unable to mutually agree on the program, schedule and budget, the State’s Authorized Representative shall have final authority to make the decisions.
Program Evaluation. 2.1 Formal evaluation of the program shall be made annually through a Provider Self-Audit and on-site visit. This evaluation shall result in a written report to the Contractor within fifteen (15) working days of the site visit. Any report that results from a site visit shall be submitted to the Contractor within fifteen (15) working days. Contractor shall submit a written response within the timeframe outlined in the site visit report, and such response shall be part of the official written report provided for in this section.

Program Evaluation. Xxxxxxx agrees to support MassCEC’s program evaluation activities, and MassCEC’s dissemination of information regarding Xxxxxxx’s experiences. To this end, Xxxxxxx agrees that its key personnel and contractors working on the Project will be available at reasonable times with advance notice to be interviewed by MassCEC or its authorized representatives for purposes of program evaluation or case study development.
