Program Elements. WIOA requires the following fourteen (14) program elements [WIOA § 129 (c)(2)] to be available to enrolled youth participants. The services listed must be accessible to participants and may be offered in-house, subcontracted, or through collaborative partnerships utilizing community resources.

Program Elements. In accordance with the most recent National Partnership Agreement between the CLC and UWCC, this program will be supported with a minimum of one full-time Labour staff position established and funded by UWBC. This staff will have access to program funding needed to help fulfill the needs of the program and role, including funding for additional personnel as needed and as funding opportunities allow. Program Elements. (1) Program Element #5001: HIV and STD Prevention and Treatment (April 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023): End HIV Oregon is a cooperative initiative of OHA and its many community partners to end new HIV transmissions in Oregon by increasing testing, expanding prevention, ensuring treatment, and ending inequities. This initiative recognizes that a coordinated approach is necessary to address the syndemics of HIV, sexually transmitted infection, viral hepatitis, and the many social factors that lead to individual and community vulnerabilities to these conditions.
