Program Credits. As the parties have recognized that creative work carries creative responsibility, the Company will provide television program credits on all productions one-half (1/2) hour in length or greater. The parties further agree that news and weekly strip programs will provide credits once a week. The content of these credits will be at the Company’s sole discretion. When using an employee’s credit or likeness for promotion or any other media use, the Company shall consult the employees involved when practicable.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services.   • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. 2. Contractor will further notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate equal or exceed twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. In the event the Director of the Human Services Agency or her designee determines said transfer of twenty percent (20%) or more is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the County Alcohol and Drug Services, she may require a re-negotiation of the Agreement.

  • Program Income Income directly generated from funds provided under this Contract or earned only as a result of such funds is Program Income. Unless otherwise required under the Program, Grantee shall use Program Income, as provided in UGMS Section III, Subpart C, .25(g)(2), to further the Program, and Grantee shall spend the Program Income on the Project. Grantee shall identify and report Program Income in accordance with the Contract, applicable law, and any programmatic guidance. Grantee shall expend Program Income during the Contract term, when earned, and may not carry Program Income forward to any succeeding term. Grantee shall refund Program Income to the System Agency if the Program Income is not expended in the term in which it is earned. The System Agency may base future funding levels, in part, upon Xxxxxxx’s proficiency in identifying, billing, collecting, and reporting Program Income, and in using Program Income for the purposes and under the conditions specified in this Contract.

  • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$408,850,000) to support the Program (“Program Funding”). The allocation of Program Funding is generally described in Annex II to this Compact.

  • Enhancement Budget Enhancements refer to additional functionality and deliverables unknown to the Authorized User at the time of Mini-Bid release. An Authorized User is permitted to include an enhancement budget, as included in the Mini-Bid (up to 10%). The total cost of the project including the enhancement budget shall not exceed the Lot threshold from which the award was made. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 3, Enhancement Request Template to reflect such modifications. Mini-Bid/Statement of Work documents will define specific criteria and method of reimbursement for the enhancement budget. Written approval of the Enhancement Budget Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.
