PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES. At least fifty-one percent (51%) of the beneficiaries of a project funded through this Agreement must be low- and moderate- income persons. If the project is located in an entitlement city, as defined by HUD, or serves beneficiaries countywide, more than thirty percent (30%) of the beneficiaries directly assisted under this Agreement must reside in unincorporated Xxxxxxx County or in municipalities participating in the County’s Urban County Qualification Program. The project shall assist beneficiaries as defined above for the time period designated in Exhibit “A” of this Agreement.

If the project is located in an entitlement city, as defined by U.S. HUD, or serves beneficiaries countywide, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the beneficiaries directly assisted through the use of funds under this Agreement must reside in unincorporated Palm Beach County or in municipalities participating in the County’s Urban County Qualification Program. The project funded under this Agreement shall assist beneficiaries as defined above for the time period designated in this Agreement. Upon request from DHED, the Subrecipient shall provide written verification of compliance. The Subrecipient shall prove compliance through verifiable and authentic documents listing domicile (P.O. Boxes are not acceptable) kept on file for each client.
PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES. The Services provided will be operated and maintained as a benefit to SFA’s students.
