Profound Progress. Substantial and Significant Changes 11 Schools strengthen partnerships with active community organizations and partners, including local public health, mental health, colleges, workforce development boards, employers, labor partners, faith communities, Tribal nations, and other education partners in order to collaboratively support students' growth and well-being. Characteristics of strong partnerships include mutual trust and respect, strengths- based and collaborative approaches, clear communication around roles, and shared responsibilities and decision-making power. 12 Financial stewardship reflects high-quality spending with accurate and transparent use of state and federal funds in relationship to a comprehensive needs assessment, disaggregated data, and the priorities expressed by students, families, communities, business, and Tribal partners in resource allocation and review. 13 Students and educators experience a well-rounded and balanced use of assessment systems that help them identify student learning in the areas of the Oregon State Standards.   • Progress The Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the work, confer with the County. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be requested by the County, in order to evaluate features of the work. Upon request by the County, the Engineer shall make presentations to the Commissioners Court. At the request of the County or the Engineer, conferences shall be held at the Engineer’s office, the County’s office, or at other locations designated by the County. These conferences shall also include an evaluation of the Engineer’s services and work when requested by the County. Should the County determine that the progress in production of the work does not satisfy the work schedule, the County will review the work schedule with the Engineer to determine corrective action needed. The Engineer shall promptly advise the County in writing of events which have a significant impact upon the progress of work, including:

  • Project Approach € Project schedules and budgets are reviewed by the Project Manager on a weekly basis during our company-wide Project Managers Meeting using project status reports generated by our control software (Deltek Vision). Progress is compared to the schedule and budget to ensure adequate resources are available and that necessary coordination is occurring. Costs are reported real time, with actual labor based on time sheet entry and actual expense costs based on invoices. The reporting system can be customized to track specific tasks or efforts in multiple categories, making it flexible enough to adapt to any project specific requirements.   • PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall submit his/her progress schedule for the Owner's approval within 10 days after the effective date of the notice to proceed. The Contractor's progress schedule, when approved by the Owner, may be used to establish major construction operations and to check on the progress of the work. The Contractor shall provide sufficient materials, equipment, and labor to guarantee the completion of the project in accordance with the plans and specifications within the time set forth in the proposal. If the Contractor falls significantly behind the submitted schedule, the Contractor shall, upon the Owner's request, submit a revised schedule for completion of the work within the contract time and modify his/her operations to provide such additional materials, equipment, and labor necessary to meet the revised schedule. Should the prosecution of the work be discontinued for any reason, the Contractor shall notify the Owner at least 24 hours in advance of resuming operations. The Contractor shall not commence any actual construction prior to the date on which the notice to proceed is issued by the Owner.

  • Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.
