Profit Share. 44-2.01 Cabin Personnel shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s profit share plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan, as they may be amended by the Company. Cabin Personnel shall not have a lesser ability to participate than any other employee group. 44-3 OWNERS PERFORMANCE AWARD (OPA) 44-3.01 Cabin Personnel shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s Owner’s Perf ormance Award plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan, as they may be amended by the Company.
