Common use of Professional Rights Clause in Contracts

Professional Rights. A. All contracts of employment of professional employees shall be deemed to continue for the next succeeding school year unless written notice of intention to non-renew the contract is served by the Board upon any such professional employee on or before May 1, or the professional employee shall give written notice to the Board on or before May 15 that the professional employee does not desire continuation of said contract, unless otherwise provided by law.
