Professional Rights and Responsibilities Committee. 1. The PR&R Committee will review teacher-initiated applications for professional leaves submitted by all teachers and applications to the Sick Leave Bank (See Article IV, Section C). The PR&R Committee shall consist of five (5) members. The PR&R Committee members shall be appointed by the President of the Association. All appointees to the PR& R Committee shall begin their terms of office on July 1st of the year in which their terms of office begin. A quorum for the PR&R Committee shall be no less than three (3) members. At the discretion of the chairperson, the PR&R Committee shall meet at least two (2) times each month throughout the school year and as required during any months which are not included in the school year.
