Professional Registrants. By signing this Contract, the individual executing this Contract on behalf of the House Doctor certifies under the penalties of perjury that the individuals named in Exhibit M: Beneficial owners, Professional Registrants, Existing Government Contracts are registered by the Commonwealth as architects, landscape architects, or engineers pursuant to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 112, ss. 60A - 60O and further that (a) if the House Doctor is an individual the House Doctor is the individual named below, (b) if the House Doctor is a partnership, the majority of all the partners are persons who are registered architects, landscape architects, or engineers, (c) if the House Doctor is a corporation, sole proprietorship or joint stock company or other entity, the majority of the directors or a majority of the stock ownership and the chief executive officer, are persons who are registered architects, landscape architects, or engineers and the person to have the Project in his or her charge is registered in the discipline required for the Project, or (d) if the House Doctor is a joint venture, each joint venturer satisfies the requirements of the preceding clauses

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities. Subject to the availability of funds, the employee's expenses in connection with such meetings, conferences, or activities shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and university rules.

  • Professional Dress In as much as teachers are role models for students, each teacher shall maintain a neat, professional appearance appropriate for his/her specific teaching assignment.

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. Undersigned understands and agrees that any such action by the Released Parties shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and release, including any liability arising from the negligence of the Released Parties when administering first aid or authorizing others to do so. Undersigned understands and agrees that the Released Parties do not assume responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment.

  • PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATIONS A. Not later than March 1 of the calendar year in which this Agreement expires, the Association and the District will begin negotiations for a successor Agreement.
