Educational Programs 412. Subject to the approval of the appointing officer, Personal Property Auditors and other represented employees shall be on paid status when attending educational programs required to maintain a job-related state license.
Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:
Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.
Programs and Services Every aspect of the service you provide is considered part of your program, and therefore it must be accessible to individuals with disabilities. This includes parking lots, service counters and spaces, transportation (shuttles, etc.), agendas, flyers, emails, online services, phone calls, meetings, celebrations, classes, recreational activities and more. Professional Rights A Pharmacist in his professional judgment may delay or refuse to fill or refill any prescription if there is reason to believe that such action would protect the health of the patient or where reasonable doubt exists as to the legality of said prescription or the legal use thereof, after first having established the fact by having consulted the prescriber if said prescriber is available.
Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
Professional Dress In as much as teachers are role models for students, each teacher shall maintain a neat, professional appearance appropriate for his/her specific teaching assignment.
Medicaid Program Contractors Inspection of Records: Any contracts accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid program must fulfill state and federal legal requirements to enable the Agency of Human Services (AHS), the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Government Accounting Office (GAO) to: Evaluate through inspection or other means the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of services performed; and Inspect and audit any financial records of such Contractor or subcontractor.
Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
