PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE COMMITTEE. 6.5.1 The nurses in the bargaining unit shall elect from its membership not to exceed six (6) members of the unit who shall constitute the Professional Nursing Care Committee. No patient care unit may have more than one representative on the Professional Nursing Care Committee. The PNCC shall elect one of its direct care nurse members to serve as chair.

PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE COMMITTEE. A. The parties agree to support the Professional Nursing Care Committee (PNCC) as a resource. The PNCC will utilize the professional expertise of bargaining unit employees on matters related to patient care and professional development. PNCC representatives may attend PNCC meetings without loss of pay.
PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE COMMITTEE. 2 A. Recognition - A Professional Nursing Care Committee shall be established at the 3 Medical Center.
PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE COMMITTEE. 16.1 The Association bargaining unit at the Medical Center shall select the members of the Professional Nursing Care Committee from bargaining unit employees. This committee shall have no more than eight (8) members.
PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE COMMITTEE. 22 A. The Association Bargaining Unit of Hospital shall elect from its membership up to 23 five members of the unit, who will be included on the Professional Nursing Care 24 Committee (“PNCC”), along with up to three members of nursing management.

The Hospital recognizes the responsibility of the 25 Committee to recommend measures objectively for improvement of patient care, will 26 duly consider such recommendations when submitted in writing, and will respond to the 27 Committee in writing.
PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE COMMITTEE. 2 A. A Professional Nursing Care Committee will be established at Home Health and 3 Hospice. Its objectives include providing input to Home Health and Hospice regarding 4 professional issues related to nursing practice, the improvement of patient care, 5 productivity and staffing issues.
