Professional Negotiation. The Board and the Association agree to negotiate in good faith pursuant to Section 10- 153d of the Connecticut General Statues as amended, in accordance with the procedure set forth therein, to secure a Successor Agreement relative to all matters concerning salaries, hours as defined therein and other conditions of employment. The Agreement, so negotiated, shall be reduced to writing and shall be signed by the Board and the Association.
Professional Negotiation. As part of the routine distribution of the budget to key organizations and people after it is first given to the Board, the Association will receive a copy of the Superintendent's proposed budget.
Professional Negotiation. A. The Board and the League agree to secure a successor agreement pursuant to the revised Connecticut Statute concerning the right of certified professional employees to negotiate with the Board of Education (Sections 10-153a and 10-153d through 10-153g of the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut, as amended).
Professional Negotiation. 2.1 This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties on all issues which were the subject of negotiation, and neither party shall be required during the term hereof to negotiate upon any issue, whether it is covered or not covered in this Agreement.

Professional Negotiation. A. Not later than 180 days prior to the annual budget meeting date (1st Monday in May) of the year preceding the expiration date of this Agreement, the Board and the Association agree to negotiate a Successor Agreement in accordance with the procedure set forth in good-faith effort to reach agreement concerning salaries and all other conditions of employment. During direct negotiations, the Board and the Association shall present relevant data, exchange points of view and make proposals and counter-proposals. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all certificated Administrators below the rank of superintendent. Such Successor Agreement shall be reduced to writing and signed by the Board and the Association. Either party may, if it so desires, utilize the services of outside consultants and may call upon professional and lay representatives to assist in the negotiations.
Professional Negotiation. 3.0 Negotiations for a successor agreement shall be made in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes §§10-153a to 10-153g, inclusive. Any agreement so negotiated shall apply to all teachers, and shall be reduced to writing and signed by the Board and the Association.
Professional Negotiation. A. The Board agrees to negotiate with the Association over a successor agreement in accordance with the procedure set forth in C.G.S. §10-153d in a good faith effort to reach agreement concerning teachers’ salaries and all other mandatory conditions of their employment. Matters and procedures for negotiations shall be as stipulated in the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut.
Professional Negotiation. A. It is the intent and purpose of the parties hereto that their agreements promote and improve the quality of education in the Town of Xxxxxxxx, provide for orderly professional negotiation between the Board and the Association, and secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances so as to promote positive influences upon the operation of the educational process.
Professional Negotiation. A. Not later than August 1st, of the calendar year prior to the year in which this Agreement expires, both parties agree to commence negotiations for a successor agreement in accordance with the procedure set forth herein, in good faith and in an effort to secure a successor agreement on salaries and other conditions of employment pursuant to Section 10-153a-j inclusive of the Connecticut General Statutes as amended from time to time. The Agreement so negotiated shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Board and all members of the unit and shall be reduced to writing and signed by the Board and the Association.
