Professional Management. Tenant shall manage and operate the Premises and perform its duties under this Lease in a manner consistent with the standards followed by Landlord and other institutional owners and management companies that are managing buildings of comparable age and quality in the vicinity of the Project (the "Management Standard").
Professional Management. No contract or agreement for professional management of the Association, nor any contract between Developer and the Association, shall be for a term in excess of three (3) two (2) years. Any such agreement or contract shall provide for termination by either party, with or without cause and without any termination penalty, upon delivery of not more than ninety (90) days' written notice as provided therein.

Professional Management. User shall provide professional management capable of operating and promoting Laser Storm Components. User shall operate and maintain all Components, inventory, equipment, designated laser tag area, supplies and materials used in connection therewith, in a manner calculated to enhance the reputation of the facility with its customers. User agrees to use its best efforts in managing said facility in order to provide the maximum economic return consistent with professional management standards. User shall have full power and authority to manage the facility and shall be responsible for directing its supervisors and employees as to the manner and means of accomplishing the work required to be performed. Performance criteria on the part of User shall be consistent User's and Company's standards. Performance criteria is defined as properly managing and promoting the facility to ensure facility runs at its full potential during normal operating hours. User shall provide a professional, clean, safe, and fun environment. Staff shall also be of the same professional caliber.
Professional Management. Tenant shall perform its duties under this Article 7 in a manner consistent with the standards followed by landlords or management companies of Comparable Buildings (the "Management Standard").

User/Manager shall provide a professional, clean, safe, and fun environment. Staff shall also be of the same professional caliber. Planet Kidz, Inc. has been hereby accepted and approved by the Company as User's designated manager.
Professional Management. This Section 6.46(a) will apply if Professional Management is selected under Private Facility Management in Section 1.04. Borrower will provide for professional management of the Private Facility by the Private Facility Manager at all times under a management agreement approved by Xxxxxx in writing (the “Private Facility Management Agreement”). Borrower will not surrender, terminate, cancel, modify, renew or extend the Private Facility Management Agreement, or enter into any other agreement relating to the management or operation of the Private Facility with Private Facility Manager or any other Person, or consent to the assignment by the Private Facility Manager of its interest under such Private Facility Management Agreement, in each case without the consent of Lender, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
Professional Management. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Declaration, Declarant shall have the exclusive right to manage or designate a Managing Agent for the Property and to perform all or any of the functions of the Association until the expiration of the Development Period. Declarant may, at its option, engage the services of a Managing Agent, including a Managing Agent affiliated with Declarant, to perform such functions, and, in either case, Declarant or such Managing Agent shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services. No contract or agreement for professional management of the Association, nor any other contract between Declarant and the Association, shall be for a term in excess of three (3) years. Any such agreement or contract shall provide for termination by either party with or without cause and without payment of any termination fee upon written notice of ninety (90) days or less.
