Each Claim $1,000,000 Annual Aggregate $1,000,000 In the event that the professional liability insurance required by this Agreement is written on a claims-made basis, Partner warrants that any retroactive date under the policy must precede the effective date of this Agreement; and that either continuous coverage will be maintained or an extended discovery period will be exercised for a period of two (2) years beginning at the time work under this Agreement is completed.

Contract Professional shall maintain limits for all claims covering wrongful acts, errors and/or omissions, including design errors, if applicable, for damage sustained by reason of or in the course of operations under this Contract resulting from professional services. In the event that the professional liability insurance required by this Contract is written on a claims-made basis, Contract Professional warrants that any retroactive date under the policy shall precede the effective date of this Contract; and that either continuous coverage will be maintained or an extended discovery period will be exercised for a period of two (2) years beginning at the time work under this Contract is completed. Minimum Limits: Per Loss $ 1,000,000 Aggregate $ 2,000,000 Contract Professionals shall secure and deliver to the County at or before the time of execution of this Agreement, and shall keep in force at all times during the term of the Agreement as the same may be extended as herein provided, a commercial general liability insurance policy, including public liability and property damage, in form and company acceptable to and approved by said Administrator, covering all operations hereunder set forth in the related Bid or Request for Proposal.

Each claim $1,000,000 Annual Aggregate $5,000,000 The Nevada Trust will name Tenant as an additional insured under any liability insurance policy that it has related to the Henderson Property, to the extent commercially reasonable and does not cause a material increase in the premiums for such insurance coverage or diminish the coverage available to the Nevada Trust in any material respect. However, the coverage shall not include any of the Tenant's operations and Tenant’s liability insurance shall be primary and non-contributory to the Nevada Trust’s policy.
