Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.
PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
Bilingual Stipend Unit members who are directed by the manager or supervisor, with the approval of the President, to use a verified bilingual ability as a regular and routine component of their assignment shall be provided a stipend of 2.0% of base salary. The District shall require testing of bilingual ability prior to authorization of the initial additional compensation.
Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
Professional Development Allowance 55.1 The CEO may, subject to this clause, approve the reimbursement or payment of financial assistance to a Science and Engineering Professional employee to offset professional development costs.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme We are a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the “FSCS”). As a retail client you may be eligible to claim compensation from the FSCS in certain circumstances if we, any approved bank, our nominee company or eligible custodian are in default. Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants. Funds may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing Lieutenants and Sergeants for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities. Management must approve of the specific professional development request in advance. Denial will require written notification to the requesting Lieutenant or Sergeant.
