Common use of Professional Growth Clause in Contracts

Professional Growth. The Board encourages the continuing professional growth of the Superintendent through his participation at professional seminars, programs and conferences sponsored by local, state and national school administrator and school board associations as well as seminars offered by public or private educational institutions, groups, persons or associations. The School Corporation will pay the Superintendent for all expenses incurred in attending and/or participating in such activities in accordance with the policies of the School Corporation.

The Board encourages the continuing professional growth of the Superintendent through his membership in and participation in professional organizations and through attendance at appropriate professional seminars, programs meetings and conferences sponsored by at the local, state and national school administrator and school board associations levels. Within budget constraints, as well as seminars offered approved by public or private educational institutionsthe Board, groups, persons or associations. The School Corporation will pay the Board shall reimburse the Superintendent for all actual and necessary expenses incurred by him in attending and/or participating in such activities in accordance with the policies of the School Corporationmeetings and conferences.

The School Corporation , including visitation of educational institutions for the purpose of implementing the WLCSC strategic plan and will pay the Superintendent for all expenses incurred of same as approved and provided by the Board in attending and/or participating in such activities in accordance with the policies of the School Corporationits annual budget.
