Professional Growth Requirements. A. The Board believes that continued study is a prerequisite for continued professional growth to teachers and, therefore, encourages the participation of teachers in in-service and other training programs, including college coursework. All costs including mileage shall be borne by the employer if the training is required by the Board. Such agreement shall be reduced to writing.
